Refund policy
We do not offer cash or monetary refunds under any circumstances.
However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer product replacements in the following cases:
✅ Damaged Product Received:
If you receive a product that is damaged due to courier mishandling, we will gladly replace it free of cost. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
🔄 Exchange Requests:
If you'd like to exchange your product for another one of equal value, you may request an exchange. The product must first be returned to our office for inspection. Once approved, we will ship the replacement or your chosen product of the same value.
Important Notes:

The cost of sending the product back to our office will be borne by the customer.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange or replacement if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
